Part of the urban campus for Gateway Community & Technical College, this former furniture store was repurposed as GCTC's new Professional School. Having the feel of an urban spa and wellness center, the facility features a contemporary, subtle design. Different areas are separated by varying height curving walls for an open feeling and high visibility. The salon occupies the first floor, classrooms and styling stations for training are on the second floor, while the third floor contains facial and massage therapy training rooms as well as a 12-person massage clinical lab.
