Security improvements, CHFS health clinic, facility assessment and floor stabilization, MEP upgrades

The historic L&N Building in downtown Louisville is one of the best remaining examples of Beaux Arts high-rise architecture in existence. EOP was selected to provide security improvements, a health clinic for Cabinet of Health and Family Services, overall facility assessment and stabilization on most of the building's floors. The design includes floor stabilization, finishes, elevation adjustments and building components.
